Sofia, 9 November 2019. 30 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall and the end of Communism, three police cars patrol the sleeping streets, their job to ensure the safety of citizens in a city blighted by hardship, criminality and corruption. An ironic look at a disoriented society which has lost its ethical and moral compass.
