Winter 2003. The United States and England are preparing to go to war in Iraq. Katharine Gun, a British intelligence employee, receives a note from the NSA: the United States is asking Great Britain for help in gathering compromising information on certain members of the UN Security Council, in order to force them to vote in favour of the invasion.
