Algiers, a few years after the civil war. A well-to-do couple, Amal and Samir, are celebrating their twentieth wedding anniversary. They no longer share the same ideas and the evening quickly develops into a domestic row. Meanwhile, their son, Fahim, and his friends Feriel and Reda are roaming the city streets with no clear idea of where the future will take them. In the course of that night, they will be confronted by the power of the Algerian state police.
